excellent stay, convenient location
clean bathroom good shower
the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was a good size and very clean. i liked the clean bathroom with a good shower and lots of tea and coffee. the location was excellent near the beach.
the hotel didn't tell us it was three flights up steep stairs. i had to lug baggage and my dog up there, it was not ideal.

The proprietors were pro-active and checked our dietary preferences when i arrived. they were friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciated this.

ample space on-site parking attentive hostess
the room i had chosen was a double room with a private bathroom it featured ample space there was on-site parking for guest vehicles i found this to be a great convenience the hostess was very attentive to all guests needs.
the staircase was a bit narrow making it slightly difficult to carry luggage.

attentive owner friendly staff breakfast setup parking facility
The owners were very attentive. The staff were friendly. The breakfast setup really set us up for each day. The guesthouse provided parking facilities, so i didn't need to stress about it.

lovely selection complimentary parking
breakfast offered a lovely selection of items. i noticed the location was conveniently across from the sea front. there was also complimentary parking available on the hotel .
The traffic outside made noise at night. It was noticeable.
